Been in quite a few plants Arc, never an upgrader.
This is commissioning, pre-startup, no process involved.
Just checking things out, keeping the board alive.

$40/hr makes its only $1600/week. Subbing make it say... $2000/week.
Seems light to me- real light in fact.
You can beat that doing shutdowns in civilization.
