That's great, except CKYS was a scam perpetrated by the CEO. It wasn't the fault of the shorts or the DTCC or anyone else but the CEO. This was a pinksheet stock and all better have known about the lack of transparency. Others continuously called for it and the CEO clamed up once it the noise got too loud. No one's fault but Jim Plant's. Some of you shouyld drop the conspiracy theories and invenst in companies that have the ability to fight the shorts. You know the best way to battle the shorts? Make sure you have a good company.
