k9painter,

Before you go off the road with your supposition in your post you might wish to do some DD concerning items you posted about, when they were or were not bought, how much was or was not spent, etc. etc.

I have done my DD as I spent time at his house less than a month ago. I know the particulars and they are not as you present them. (Oh and as the PR stated in the past and in Jim's words he has been buying back stock) Nothing insider as it was PRed and he just verified on my visit that it had been happening.

Just because you did not do the DD with a personal visit does not mean it has not been happening previously and yet you subjectively state as fact that he is just buying toys and trees in your post. To me a bit irresponsible and lacking in follow through to find out all the facts. Just because you heard something from a resident from St. George does not make it fact.

Your post paints a less than practical picture and allows conjecture to the negative the way you have chosen to present things in your post. Me I came away with a much different picture as I walked his lawn and house and talked with him.

The only reason I never addressed it until now is it is irrelevant to this company or the SEC investigation period. Jim has taken little if any salary for quite some time until recently.

Part of the reason I have taken two trips to St. George on my own dime and one trip in person to the T.A. is to gather facts and see real things.

The A/S is a matter of record from the Nevada Website and the A/S and O/S are posted as estimates on the website and have been verified by many people thru the company and thru Kay.

If Jim wanted to cheat investors IMHO he would not be living in St. George across the street from one of his biggest shareholders, go to an SEC deposition and present the facts, go to Dallas and attend the Ultimate Fighting night, go to Nascar in Las Vegas and return home to run his company.

As I have said over and over if I felt he had lied or deceived me intentionally in any way I would publicly present this and be gone from this stock.

I am sorry for those who have chosen to sell at these prices. My heart goes out to you. Others I know are buying at these prices.

I can only go on the facts and DD that I have personally uncovered and do not base my holding and or buying as a shareholder on inuendo's or half baked facts some post over and over again.

Do I have thoughts like anyone else about the SEC investigation and getting back to the pinks or a higher exchange? Yes I do.

But at this moment of time with what I know and what I have seen in person from Jim and company I am very content. IMHO these prices are an opportunity. For others they are an exit point.

I do wish all well in whatever choice you all make.

For the most part I am trying to not respond to PM's and emails in the future as there are just too many rumors and subjective things going around that are not based on fact.

My suggestion is to wait for the company to address the issues. The only reason I addressed this one is that I had first hand knowledge and what was presented and what was fact was so far from the truth OVERALL that it just needed to be clarifed with factual information and not subjective overtones and inuendos.

Don't take my word for anything drive or fly down to St. George on your dime and get a first hand meeting with Jim, the company and his house if he feels he wants to show you his digs. Again he has an open invitation for ANYONE to visit company headquarters.

Brent
