yes janice, these are ligtimate concerns. but with all manner of class and due respect towards you,id like to ask you how you know for sure this stock is not being shorted or manipulated?

perhaps if you are able to find the time in the near future, you could elaborate a bit more on the negatives here. do you see any prospects in this company at all, or are you firmly convinced that we are dealing with shady characters here?

personally, i feel that the posatives outweigh the negatives, which is all i expect in pinkyland. i also feel mt has thus far, while not being perfect, shown an unusual level of integrity..... or is in the process of carrying out one of the most elaborate scams i have seen in quite some time.

from a legal standpoint, he would have to be crazy to take it this far with falsified statements and misinformation, with so many entities involved, he would most assuredly be indicted. this would be to blatant a scheme to just sweep under the rug. even if tempted, i think he is smarter than that.

yes we need audited fnancials. i believe they will come and catch alot of people by surprise, as mt likes to do. profits will write this book imo. thanks...good night
