1 - Is the Product or service something Marketable
2 - What are people saying, Including the Negative people what are they saying.
3 - Study the cariture of the BOD's
4 - how is their focus, are they pumping thing or just stateing facts
5 - what is everyone energy leval
6 - OVERALL ... You Must look at both the negative and the possative of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, then and only then is when you will know if you are confertable with your choise. You also have to Learn to TRUST YOURSELF.

Having a board like this one is a Major help. You are talkig to other investors here to converse with is KEY. This is my THINK TANK ... I do read other boards but I like people who are focused on what they are doing. Some of these people are becoming my friends.
