Observations of the FCCN IHub Share Count (Incredible):

Well taking a look at the numbers I get a few things from them

Float is either 77 million or 173(GGI Shares) I got this from the filings


1. I still think the GGI shares are restricted. It’s stated in the filings that they are under 144. FCCN could lift the restriction if they wanted to but that would be irresponsible and detrimental to their dealings with AERO. GGI could “dump” the shares illegally but that was the source contention of the first lawsuit with them and FCCN. I don’t think either side wants a re-run of that. AERO doesn’t want that headache either. So I don’t think the shares are in the market. IMO

2. I think there could be a very large naked short position on this. The price spiked and then dropped rapidly. People have been accumulating this stock. You can infer that from posts. I think the MM’s saw this as an opportunity to sell lots of shares and then cover as the price dropped. Problem is that people held and have bought on dips. There is a definite incentive for them to keep the price low as to induce selling. IMO
