Again, still the two keys to solve the problems:

1) The Dalian deal to be signed. We all hope this to take place before March 22nd.

2) NSS to be covered. If the Dalian deal is signed and PR'ed, what is SEC and DTCC going to do with shorts? Are shorties still able to walk down the pps of SOMA and EQBM around April 15 and cover their positions easily?

NSS is probably still the central problem facing with Larry and us here. What can we do now?
