I guess that is what made it a good con. He was so out there that you said he couldn't be lying he'd have to be nuts. Who in thier right mind would claim to have a govt contract?

I bet he thinks he'll be able to pin it all on Ruth and has been setting her up for months. He probably talked her into doing stuff and she will take the fall. I don't see how he will get off though.
