brytex,

one more time...there is a debenture---those shares come to market at a discount..and are sold at a premium(your bid buy)--there is always a spread--when you sit at the bid all day...walk away...go play golf..etc...and wait for that order to fill...and it will...you just drag the share price down---there doesn't have to be any "retail" sellers(people like you and me?)..because the financing(sb-2)...is the seller--some 300 million shares came to market the past month...look at what little volume there has been--the share price has come down because people like you sit on the bid..and allow the market(which is currently the debenture)...come to you---while others say over..and over again...."you can get them cheaper..or...it's going lower"...they stay out in cash...and wait for you to drive the price down..hand in hand with the debenture(dilution)----so when you buy on the bid @ .0009 ..... you then find yourself buying on the bid @ .0007............and the process continues...the worse thing is when a "few" decide to sell....that is your bleed--the problem here is that there is little..to no interest in this stock...so nothing to counter the falling price---nothing worse than seeing the share price fall due to buying by the general public..and that can only happen when you have this type of financing--so the question is...who is the enabler...the debenture(sb-2 et al).....or the consumer(you and me?)--it is what it is....so be it.....but most af all....good luck and have fun!

very sincerely,

the truth
