INDU envelope/NYSE breadth system.
breadth indicator buy signal gained
strength as INDU tagged lower 4% envelope
(not shown), rallied and closed
back above the 3% envelope.
SPX,INDU, NYSE made lower lows
as the 20 wk cycle is bottoming,
i thought they would test with
higher lows, SPX 20 wk downside
projection exceeded by about 10
points on a print basis, closing
prices did hold, i'll call that
a push.

as a 20 wk cycle low bottoms. IMO this
should be a reliable signal.
