My questions are as follows:

1)Whether the boards are for meant the use of current holders of a position or those intending to get position, to exchange helpful information or it is open to all irrespective of whether they own any stock or not?

2)What if a person, who currently does not have a position in a stock, but repeatedly posts pretty much the same information about the past activities of a company, and claims they are doing the same thing now, because he "sees" a pattern?
