"Every corporation that neglects or refuses to keep the records required by subsection 1 open for inspection, as required in this subsection, shall forfeit to the State the sum of $25 for every day of such neglect or refusal."

If I was gonna take a bet on this - I'd wager that Plant is going to be paying the $25/day rather than disclose share structure... BUT - please go ahead and try to get this info... it would be a HUGE piece of the CKYS puzzle...
