You are absolutely correct IMO. I interpret the rule as ANY shareholder of six months prior OR a 5% holding by an individual or group authorized representing 5%. Go for it Todd you have every right to the information..the ledger has to be updated annually as I understand it. Good job! And I mean that sincerely
