Andy, wbmw, I find wbmw to be a well meaning contrarian who does have biases but also wants facts. His earlier post stating he has no biases - Dan, the fact that I can change my mind on a stock shows that I have no bias one way or the other - that is a bit absurd.

Even so, we all have our biases. I have an AMD bias - I like to root for the underdog. This has caused me to hold shares too long in the past, now I've changed my strategy to holding calls long and getting rid of them after a few points of rise. Still a bullish AMD position, but hedged in case of bad news.

Even a blind investor could see that AMD is on a roll, and so can an Intel-biased investor. One doesn't have to cheer for AMD in order to make money on this rise. That is wbmw's position, he is willing to make money here despite his Intel bias. I respect that.
