Because they don't file any financials, CEOs can pillage and plunder the company with any pay scale they wish and no one will ever know. Almost all these companies are stock selling machines to sustain the life styles of the company insiders. If there ever is any profits, the insiders get it. In this case, the person behind the HDSN selling made all the money. This will all come out in time.
