Sorry for the delay in answering, have been on the phone with SOS Florida and also took out a subscription here as my 15 posts were used up. What is important to me is that the five companies you see listed on SOS site lists Jason Wong as the Agent. When these companies were registered, the last on 3/3/06 they were done so with a false address. LeaseSmart was registered in 1990-91 and dissolved by SOS administrative order. He was not listed as the agent.
What was most informative in talking to the SOS was anyone can register a business here in Fl, give a false address, and when the acknowledgment of registration is mailed to that address and comes back to the SOS, it is grouped with others that have come back and put into a box which is then stored in their warehouse. No one is paid to think anything about it. There is no investigative entity within the SOS.
