Why not sell stock at .035 and then turn back around and buy at .0035 or less

Didn't the company put out a press release, that they were buying back $1 million in stock. Great way to cut down the Float. Sell the stock when its up and buy it back when it is down. HMMMM isn't that what Investors do now a days in the Stock Market. Sell High and Buy Low. Great Idea, Jim.
