a reverse split doesn't have to be concerned with share price...or for the purpose of moving to a bigger board......it happens for many more reasons than most realize...reverse mergers et al..similar...and buyouts for one..or is that two?..lol----don't worry about it....it isn't there...but may/could be ...and if so.... you gonna like it..lol
