Ok, for clarification. The address 10151 is an office park of about 8 buidlings linked together like a plaza. Don't believe me, go to yahoo maps but in the address and click on satellite view. As far as the suites go there are many and many businesses there such as:
ACS fire and Security
AL-BJ Image
American Spearkers bureau
Myfloridianinspection.com
Network hook Up
UPS store
VHS-DVD service
Personalized Computers
and more......

The only thing that matters is Suite 120 - This is the address of the registered Agent, he is also the agent for several other public companies as listed at the Sunbiz site for Florida corporate filings. Again don't beleive me, go to the site and look up registered agent "Wong, jason" you'll find about 6 companies. 2 are good, 2 are done, and the other 2 are questionable. Good Luck
