Dear Scion,

I find it incredible that you continue to believe the issue is with one of my investments and my statements regarding that small holding I have.

I find it incredible that Janice Shell and others, including you, have taken intimidation to the point of accessing personal fact from public records and then posting it publicly.

Someone took considerable effort to background me (and you are saying it is because of the investment, is that correct?) and put personal information within a public arena. This was done on Raging Bull by several screen names and on Silicon Investor and InvestorsHub by you.

I consider the public posting of: 1. A vehicle owned by a person and it's location; 2) the name of one's dog 3) the first names of one's family members 4) addresses of individuals with the same surname and no relationship to be harassment. I also consider posting information from one's credit report to be harassment and intimidation.

It is quite clear you are stating that you did this because you don't agree with one of my personal investments. And, I see those actions as an attempt to intimidate an investor.
