mae.to - that would be breakout, maybe?? ... often around the three loonie level they let it close above for a few days, then drop it, leave it closing bid 2.99 or less, shake-out for new margin players ..... doesn't matter to me, i like the deal, if you look at maps of that area you can see how it makes great sense, especially if None-of-it puts in that new road and harbour ... mega-project stuff and costly, but looks inevitable imho
