-The SEC isn't the agency that is prosecuting them.
-The US Attorney is the one that is taking them to the Grand Jury.
-Prosecution takes time. That is the system in the US.
-They haven't come back. If you haven't noticed there is no business being done.
-Companies continue to trade until a judge revokes their registration.
