rocket, None of us know. It's up to the company to inform us on those matters. I'd gladly engage them if they'd reply to my emails. I'm sure I'll be able to dialog with them sooner or later when they get a chance to catch up on email.

Personally, I don't care as much about OTCBB as I do about the audit in and of itself. Even on the pinks, the existence of a 3rd party audit will lend major credibility and share price will follow. Of course, OTCBB would be much better but that is a different topic and issue.
