According to Jim it is over. He said it was an inquiry not an investigation. The SEC simply wanted proof of the contract and the $ received. He has done this.

I guess the SEC deposition in D.C. was just an excuse to go see Cherry Blossoms. So Jim told you on the 27th the SEC probe was over? Interesting. Care to explain?

You were also the one who stated JP told you BA was shorting the stock. Yet CK still uses BA. Care to explain?
