How do you know it's debt free w/o looking at balance sheet - someone "said so"? Where did they get all the money to develop the product since Katz started in '96? Venture caps? That means alot of debt in terms of available shares to dump - are they restricted shares in any way? How can I find out?

Where is their income coming in from? Another post that said PKTO sold the rights to the kb - again, how can I find out w/o getting a lawyer to confirm? Doin DD is hard when you don't know legaleze (or is it legal sleaze?). It's expensive to retain them to check out every possible stock investment - forget that!

Who has the knowledge to the 1B a/s (that was mentioned a few posts ago) that could charge $20 to see?
