Since the company cannot buy more that 25% of a day's trading volume, it makes sense that HRHR buys up billions while keeping the price down (and he has done a good job of that), and then Sandy buys the shares from him. This lowers the OS (and the float), and raises the price significantly when announced. Then he works on the CD. This is brilliant.
