IMO:

I've often wondered of the old days when bully on the streets picking on the people have eventually "advanced" into the DTCC and or the SEC in an "organized fratenal way".

That being said, I wonder if certain companies "pay for protection" from being NSS'ed while the ones that don't suffer like USXP (I do not own any of their stock as of this posting)

Then when the SEC is asked to investigate, it's possible that some of the investigators purposely can't find evidence.

You know sort a the like bad cops in a police dept.( Not all police officers are bad, just the ones on the take to look the other way in forms of payoffs.)

I wonder if there is a "company" that offers NSS insurance????
