Whether this will speed up or slow down things in the short- to medium-term is at least debatable. For the next year or so the re-organisation will be foremost on people's minds. In addition SGP will have to get up to speed on all Organon's products and programs. Key personell (at the Organon side) will most likely leave. And SGP will have to come to grips with the difficult labor laws in the Netherlands. It will not be easy and it will take time.
