jury duty!!! yuk... yes you can place order before the bell... if you use an online broker... you can put it in now... for whatever price you want... you actually can do that any day of the week... for the next trading day... and can always cancel it anytime as well anytime if you like before market opens or before it is filled... an yes be cautious :)
