So far, so good, Smitty. This company hasn't been an easy one to get my arms around. The company's going to have to help out! ( :

Maybe they'll come around and understand what we'll be expecting from them. After all, they ARE from the other side of the planet, so we have to cut them a LITTLE slack.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
