The 3rd Qtr filing 10Q was Nov, 10k will either be Mar or early April depending on if they file the 10KNT or not.

I am looking for a fair reduction in 4th QTR Expenses to indicate
that we have turned the corner. If we also see a good increase in Revenues that would be a very welcome site.
