When the CEO of ANY company promises AF's and fails to deliver,it matters not if they trade on the pinks or NASDQ-they failed to deliver,and mislead their investors.PERIOD...To suggest culpability lies within the investor is ridiculous.Damn right it is JP's fault-do you dare suggest that it was someone ELSE who lied through his lips when he read his statement ON VIDEO?!?!!?!?!?......Get real.....
