Upbeat, why I do believe AF's are great to have for any penny stock, PLYCF imo is not in the same boat as most pink sheets, with most pink sheets that don't file you don't really know the amount of outstanding shares and if the company is diluting the hell out of the stock,and most all gag their transfer agent so you're really in the dark,...here the TA is ungaged and you know exactly what the O/S is and we all know it is pretty much maxed out at 100 mill. with 100 mill. authorized which is small by most measures in penny land and the company has stated a couple times it has no need to issue any more shares or increase the authorized unless they call for a shareholders meeting, most pinkies will just raise the authorized and dilute without you even knowing,....just my thoughts
