They wiped their debt (Iraq) prior to any deal... remember nothing is approved this quickly as to future oil contracts. You know who must be first to open the door and why? All of these countries that are owed debt by Iraq will simply set the stage for various contract talks. Just because most of these countries have removed debt owed by Iraq stop and think who led the way in do so ; )
