It’s not a lop. It was the replacing of any trace of the Hitler era. A reissue yes. Just like the NID is a reissue replacing the memory of the Saddam era. You’ll notice there wasn’t a reissue in Germany since, until the Euro that is. No lop of the new currency. Just like Iraq. The Lop is dead……………
