Sadly, I personally decided the whole easy credit, low lending standards of the past five years was just an excuse to steal real estate from the uninformmed, and create a permanent debtor class.

With the changes to the bankruptcy laws, the changes to the student loan policies, and now the implosion of the mortgage system, the average american will be making installment payments on the interest of loans he/she will never hope to pay off in their lifetime.

Horrible conclusion, I know.
