Is it Asian Assets that's changing their name to China Plus?

Or, is is China Plus that has already changed their name to Asian Assets?

I searched "china plus" and saw lots of companies are already using it.

I also see where Asian Assets owns 100% of Prestige Asia.
Does this somehow help explain the $.124 buy point?
If so, HOW? lol.

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
