I agree the numbers are much lower than advertised.....The money aggregate not updated since May of '06 plus the USAID report in Nov '05 showed a figure of about half the official record of dinar circulating. Some foolishly argue that was 2005, the point is there is a huge discrepancy between official agencies that should not be ignored. If I were the CBI gov. I wouldn't be telegraphing to the world through official records the intent of a major rate adjustment.
