Turns out the stock has a loyal following who wants to see it trade higher, and that PR gave them the reason to push the PPS.

My two questions remain, if the PR is to to be taken seriously (which means I'm breaking my own rule..lol)

1) what is the OS

2) who is selling?

OTCBBs don't have a PPS requirement, so that would actually be possible...

but AMEX has a $3.00 average, I believe (let me double check)

This can't be achieved without a RS...so, I'm not optimistic.

But why ask such serious questions, and put a damper on such a cheery run?
