thats one theory mrwright..another theory could be that ALMAZ buys GBDX share by share, but instead of making it private, they spin it off into another shell - otcbb, and funds the company into worldwise expansion...plus we get shares of the new company as part of a divi....now is that wishfull thinking lolol...
