American Fusion™ has provided all required supporting documentation and materials to its sponsoring broker-dealer in connection with the anticipated submission of its Rule 15c2-11 quotation application. If approved, Rule 15c2-11 quotation eligibility would support broader market quotation visibility and represent an important milestone in the Company’s capital markets strategy.

Based on management’s current understanding of applicable requirements, the Company believes it satisfies the principal eligibility standards for OTCQB and has re-engaged with OTC Markets in anticipation of pursuing OTCQB qualification following completion of the Rule 15c2-11 process and continued compliance with applicable listing standards.
