2. FALSE - "He lied straight to our faces telling us he’s a different kind of person and he has Shareholders value in mine. Meaning us" -- Keeping shareholders in mind is exactly why I waited on the reverse split for so long. In hindsight, I should have done it with the name/ticker change last year in July. Instead I wanted to see if we could bring on new capital without a reverse split. Unfortunately I have stated many times now that we need to be out of sub-penny territory for that to happen.

New liquidity brings existing shareholders choices. Attracting market makers at a higher price point traditionally helps maintain a bid/ask spread. Both of those are great for EXISTING shareholders, not just new ones.
