That may be true but I'm pretty sure they didnt realize that on the last day of the April deadline so that move was totally unprofessional IMO. I have no clue when Smith will be ready to submit but what I can say is the Ceo fumbled this process from the start. Not saying he's inept but its clear he had no clue what he was doing when he went after IDE approval without professional help. Just calling it like I seen it.
