Nope ...but the " guts " of the case
From a quick review .
Shilpa had documented cGMP violations dating back several years that Plaintiff claims UNCY mgt did not fully disclose to investors .
UNCY says they weren't responsible for over sight of their sub contractor where violation took place ??? from my Quick Look
Plaintiff says they are .

So the question is
Will this be settled before the 18Th and at what cost .
Or go to trial and what that may cost .

I was in one trial that was settled during the lunch break .
Court trials can be long , expensive and very attention consuming ...so hopefully this is settled.
