The investing public will remember that address is a The UPS Store in a Southlake shopping center. (Suite #192) is literally just a rented mail depository box. $Hawkins, $Nelson, $Kepler, and this $Quantum entity aren’t sharing a massive, multi-million-dollar corporate headquarters; they are sharing a $40 a month mailbox to keep their paperwork centralized while managing multiple OTC shells. I would think that most experienced investors or traders would know that in micro-cap corporate restructurings, management rarely issues shares or manages debt directly to their personal names due to disclosure rules and legal liability. Instead, they create an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle). Using logical (CPA/MBA) thought I’d wager Quantum Investment Fund I LLC is damn near certainly the holding vehicle or nominee account used to hold the controlling preferred stock or the allocated merger shares from the Kepler transaction.
