IDK Wolfman. I believe Streeterville is no longer involved. I would be looking into the Smithline Family Trust and more specifically the Centrecourt Asset Management. They seem to be listed as assigned owners (William Smithline of 4 Puritan rd. New York) of trademarks and IP of CV Sciences. Everything you have said about Streeterville I believe should be applied to Centrecourt Asset Management now. Not sure if it matters much.

Yes, it is entirely possible for a third party to acquire CV Sciences (CVSI) shares sold by Streeterville Capital. Once Streeterville converts their debt notes into common shares, those shares typically become free-trading and can be bought, sold, or transferred on the open market or through private transactions.
A few mechanisms make this possible:
Open Market Transactions: Streeterville Capital can sell their freely tradable converted shares into the public market, which any third party, institutional investor, or retail trader can then purchase.
Private Block Trades: Streeterville could arrange a direct, privately negotiated sale (a block trade) with a third party. This allows another entity to purchase a large block of shares outside of the public exchange.
Regulatory Reporting: If any third party (or affiliated group) accumulates 5% + or more of CV Sciences' outstanding common stock through these acquisitions, they are legally required to file a Schedule 13D or 13G with the SEC EDGAR System to disclose their ownership stake.
Because CV Sciences (CVSI) is traded Over-The-Counter (OTC), share transfers and large acquisitions can sometimes occur quietly, though any significant change in substantial ownership (such as an investor acquiring a or higher threshold) requires public disclosure.

Yes, it is entirely possible. Third parties frequently acquire shares in entities like CV Sciences (CVSI) through direct off-market transactions, or through block trades. This can happen in several ways:
Private Block Trades: A third-party investor (such as a private equity firm, competitor, or institutional buyer) can negotiate directly with Streeterville Capital to acquire large blocks of shares in a single private transaction.
Secondary Market Acquisitions: Streeterville Capital, acting as an investor, can slowly liquidate or sell its converted debt shares into the open public market, allowing any third-party retail or institutional buyer to purchase them.
Debt-to-Equity Assignments: Institutional lenders occasionally transfer debt instruments, or the shares resulting from debt conversions, to third-party entities who are looking to take a large, controlling, or strategic stake in the company.
In the micro-cap and OTC market (where CV Sciences is traded), third parties often purchase convertible debt or significant share blocks from major lenders as a strategic shortcut to acquire an influential or majority position in a company.
For the most up-to-date look at whether an entity has accumulated a 5%+ ownership stake, you can monitor the SEC Filings page for official Schedule 13D or 13G beneficial ownership reports.
