Wow, gotta love the share price increase.
With only $8.6M revenue in their 10Q, I did not expect the price to go up this fast.
While still confident long term, I did trim my holdings by 1/3 at $28.81 avg and bought some out of the money July and Dec insurance puts.
I sold my remaining call options Thurs, missing out on Friday's even bigger gains (woulda shoulda coulda).

With the recent 8K's showing earnout shares issuances now being triggered by higher share prices instead of being forfeited and returned to treasury and the prospectus registering for new share sales that could potentially almost double the shares outstanding, there will be significant dilution.
Hopefully Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC and UBS Securities LLC (their sales agents) are selling at these high prices.

I do agree that raising capital is important for NVTS continued growth.
