Exactly.... Even though the LBHI BK Case should have ended by Now and the NOLs really Utilized by 'emerging' it into a Very Viable & Profitable IB Business, given today's business environment, the Lawyers who are 'sucking it to the Last drop of blood' will NOT let it GO. And the Judges are Not beyond reproach either...

Unless these Lawyers DIE... BUT Even then probably the 'successors' who stepped into their Shoes at these Law Firms will keep the 'lawsuits' going...
