What the heck are you talking about?? They didn't file bankruptcy so that means they did pay for planes they didn't pay for, but got sued for not paying for them because they signed a contract to buy the planes and didn't have the money to complete the contract??? That's what you got? Really?? What??? TRY READING THE COMPLAINT.... It was a SCAM... It was a CON to rip them off...
