I agree 100%. Wouldn't you love to see the annual reports for Mikah 2010-2025? Can you imagine where ELTP would be today if ALL of Hakim's business acumen was applied to the benefit of Elite Pharma? How far could Elite have gone if not for being encumbered by the persistent parasite Mikah? What could we be now if we had not been diluted out by Mikah's junk-bin generics sold to us at Gucci prices? What if Mikah had not scooped us and taken half ownership of our best revenue-generating assets? It's time to flick the tick and get rid of Mikah forever. Hakim must start to respect his fiduciary duty to shareholders and stop enriching himself at our expense. Mikah was built with ELTP insider information and is maintained with income that never would have existed if Hakim were not CEO of Elite. No wonder he refuses to talk about it. Repeal the Mikah Tax.
